Do vinyl lps wear out.
Will the lp60 wear my vinyls quickly.
The at lp60 is now an outgoing model but its replacement the at lp60x uses an identical cartridge and stylus.
I have the lp gear cf3600le and i think it is a better sounding cart than the at95e stock version.
The 3600 bashing doesn t sync with what i ve read from many.
In this instalment we ll play one side of a record a total of 50 times as in the original test and assess the damage if any the lp60 will cause.
Not only music listening.
The audiophiliac takes on that myth.
A lot of vinyl naysayers like to harp on the fact that lps can wear out.
You don t need to spend a lot of money to get a decent turntable to enjoy lps the audio technica at lp60 would be a great place to.
I have really loved my experience with vinyl so far and i would like to find something relatively cheap that can last me for awhile so this is a big decision.
Here we are then with part two of our at lp60 test.
But it comes standard on their turntables and certainly sounds a lot better compared to a lp60 i m sure.
Plays records a bit too fast.
The audio technica at lp60 turntable i recently reviewed would be a great way to start.
I ordered it off zzsounds so i have 45 days to return it.
Unfortunately it s playing all of my records slightly too fast with some of them sounding as much as an entire half step higher pitched than they should be and most of the songs are about 4 5 seconds shorter when i listen to them on the vinyl versus digital versions of the same songs.
So for the extra money you will have to spend on the lp120 you will get a turntable that provides for multiple uses.
